If I'm not mistaken, it technically does not mean that's the AOR. As for urgent processing, it may be a good indication that they have accepted it. Pretty much they have entered your application in the system which is a good sign. Congratulations!

No communication, I have just been actively checking on ECAS.

Congrats! Do you know of anyone who asked for Urgent processing after getting application received and it was approved? Does it make a difference if you ask for urgent processing after or at the time of application submission?

Honestly I don't know much. I do think there are a few people who have done so, because of medical issues with family back home, and it got approved. No harm in trying. Doing it at the time of application would be faster because you cut down the time before AOR (which in itself can take 2 months).
If you want better answers I would make a separate post
