@juhi2020 I waited to be transferred to an agent and spoke to someone. And about the VO, I was expecting it to be NDVO but the agent told me Ottawa. Possibly someone could shed some light on this.

This happened to me as well. I'm using Fongo and always got cut off after 10+ min. So my solution is asking a call back instead of waiting and that works for me every time. Just make sure the calling app is running in front so not killed/set idle by OS.
I just got off the phone , it's the first time i called IRCC , i was on hold for 35 mins.
Well, just like many of us here, my eligibilty has not yet been touched.
