I had given my biometrics for my TRV in two years back, CIC website declared my biometrics valid till 2028. They send me BIL in this case or process my file or they sent BIL because my family members haven't their biometrics in their record.

The BIL will have the name of the person whose biometrics are required, each member between 14 - 79 years will receive his/her own BIL. If you received one in your name while the old biometrics is still valid, please contact IRCC to update your file. Use the web form to provide the old biometric enrollment number and expiry date.

Biometric scheduled 24th February.
I have trouble getting an early date as ASC in United States are working in super limited capacity. As a result, the earliest date is a month from now in February. My question is, will my application be delayed due to late biometrics ? Will IRCC stop working on my application till they receive my biometrics ?

Any related information would be of great help.

Nope. However, on a case to case basis they sometimes ask for an RCMP fingerprint if you're are now in Canada. May not be your case

I was invited for Biometrics on 26th which I completed today. Also, today my medical check changed to "January 27, 2021 You passed the medical exam."

when you send documents through webform, do they show up in the "Documents submitted by the client" upon acknowledgment?

It could flag the same error as it means the same thing, but feel free to try

Appointment booking is still not open, rather not possible. I thought we could book one and wait in the queue but looks like the form can identify the category based on the application number. So, I guess booking is possible only for those specific categories.

Biometric appointment may now be requested from Family Class Priority, Study Permit, Workers permit , Returning Workers & Returning Students.

That's the message and cannot proceed further.
