Wow! Is webform the only way? They seem to be super slow!

I don't think there is any other way to upload documents for them. You can try to call them, but you probably will still need to upload the files through Webform. It's unfortunate that the whole process is essentially an one-way relationship

Anyone who did biometrics before and received AOR in December was charged for biometrics?
I was not. Just curious what happened to others and if IRCC changed the system so they don’t charge for biometrics now to avoid giving refunds after.
