May 3rd: You passed the medical exam.
May 4th: Asked for an updated IMM 5669
We submitted it this week.

Any comments on next steps and when I will be getting the PR from this point on?

It depends on your NOC and your target destination. Remember you are an ECONOMIC IMMIGRANT. If your NOC is not yet in demand in your target location today, then your application will not be prioritized. NOTE THAT IRCC HAS THE POWER TO PRIORITIZE APPLICATIONS THEY WANT. THAT IS THE TRUTH. The waiting time/processing time is NEVER ABOUT THE BACKLOG.

Remedical: 3rd March 2022.
Remedical updated on 28th April 2022.
I got ADR (Request letter in my CIC account) for RPRF on 10th May 2022 mentioning "Payment Receipt: Payment Receipt Please pay a total of $1000.00 for Right of Permanent Residence Fee.
This must be received at this office by: 2022/05/17"
I paid RPRF for 2 members of $1,030.00 as per online portal suggesting to pay $515 for one member and submitted the payment receipt in my online application file.
Now again I got the same request letter of RPRF on 20th May 2022 mentioning "RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee Please provide a payment receipt for the outstanding fees. This must be received at this office by: 2022/05/27"

Also, please note that the agent code in both the request letters are different.

What should I do now?
