The period of 17 months is over. So I wish you all good luck, it will come sooner or later.
Procedural Fairness Letter: I was extremely worried. So I wrote the truth in a very logical and careful way so they understand and they did, granted me the eCOPR yesterday.
I have a similar timeline and it would be great if you could help understand if your security was in progress/cleared prior to receiving this ADR request.
I just received the re-med request alone and my background, which was forever stuck in "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check", just recently switched to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
In your opinion, do you think I did not get a request for Schedule A + PCC because my security just started?

Hey guys. I recently ordered my CBSA notes and it says eligibility as "recommended pass". IRCC also contacted me today to ask me to pay for “Right of Permanent Residence Fee” . does that mean I am getting close to getting PR?
Thank you guys for such kind words…
Thing is.. it has been 2 years… plus now they want new medical, new POlice cert, and I have one month it seems…
After they wasted 2 years!
Plus there is an new 500$ fee which I had not seen earlier, right of permanent residence fee, it seems.
yes I am in the same boat. they asked for fresh PCC and they don't even give enough time to submit it. Mine is stuck at VFSGlobal and I had to tell IRCC to please extend the deadline.
Also now they are asking for a 500 dollar fee.
