I haven't been checking my profile diligently, meaning that I probably missed any previous changes. As of now, my application says that they are reviewing eligibility, and I assume that stays the same throughout the process, regardless of what is occurring. I just called them using skype, but there are other options as well. There is a TextMe app which generates a Canadian number. Look that up and Good luck.

Yes, My Criminality is passed; however, Eligibility is not started yet. AOR -Dec 10 (CEC)

Hello. I received my GCMS notes.
The first page shows that Eligibility has not started however, a few pages down, in EE Eligibility it shows that Eligibility is passed.

How do I interpret this?

Just did and the last significant update is that I passed my criminality check

PNP-EE-O, Dec 02 AoR, Hong Kong VO, got my notes today.
Details from the notes are the same from my previous call with IRCC, which means my file wasn't touched by HKVO yet as of Feb 19 (notes generation date).

From the last few pages, it looks like only a program assistant has checked R10 with a recommendation pass before transferring to Hong Kong on Jan 28 due to workload. No case analyst or officer has started the eligibility review yet.
