My aor is dec 2020, Same happened to me my medical review was showing completed on 26 Jan 2021 but today I saw ghost update and changes in medical review as we do not need medical.

How can it expiry when it has 1 year validity my medical was passed on 26 Jan 2021, today the review of medical changed to you do not need medical

That's because your medicals expire 1 year after you had the exam and not 1 year from when you passed the exam

From what I've read around here, you can expect to either get a request to do your medicals again or they can get their validity extended. Once your profile says "you passed the medical exam" again, it's usually a good sign. Hopefully you get that update soon!
