Please can anyone help?!

I got my GCMS Notes last week and my Eligibility states 'not met'.
The case officer's notes say I'm claiming points for a higher education than I possess.

EXPLANATION:
I am claiming points for having two or more certificates because my WES evaluation states "Canadian equivalent of a Degree (4 yrs) and a Postgraduate Diploma. My points on ITA was 471 and the re-evaluation by the processing agent is 399 based on the above recommendation. I'm freaking out! I tried applying for re-evaluation by IQAS but I'm just learning that will take 30 weeks from receipt of transcripts to process!
My AOR is Nov 2020. Does anyone know if an LOE will suffice seeing as time factor is very uncertain right now? Has anyone been in this situation before? What did they do?!

What is the duration of your Post Graduate diploma mentioned in equivalency? If it is less than one year then you won't get points for it.

Have not really heard from CIC until today, If I go to my CIC account, though, I still see my PR application over there as 'Submitted' with no real update, after the January 2021 medicals passed and given my Biometrics in March 2021.
Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I am going through my GCMS notes again, on the 3rd page it says group name 1:
Under Name it states: PNP - Meds Required (11.2 met)

Does this mean I should get a request to re-do our medicals?

I haven't received an email yet.
