Is it safe to assume that (blank) means security is also passed?

In the notes by the local VO where we submitted our finger prints and photos it is mentioned, "Photograph: Tried to capture more than 3 times but no blur still persist". Does anybody know what this means and if it's anything to worry about?

Hopefully PPR comes real soon! We’ve got the same VO so I’ve got my fingers crossed.

For the blur, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. I have the same comments on my GCMS for the biometrics I took a few years back at VFS for my TRV. The TRV was approved without a hitch.

Any updates from Edmonton VO. I called the call center and they are saying that background is in process and no more information is available
