My AOR is Dec 18. Medicals passed Jan 22 and on the same day, they've request RCMP.
Then I got this update:

• February 3, 2021 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

And nothing else happened after that.

BIOMETRIC - Aleady done for WP
MEDICAL - Passed on 20/JAN/2021
ELIGIBILITY CHECK- Recommand passed
CRIMINALITY- Passed
SECURITY- NOT STARTED
VO : OTTAWA

Is this normal to have no updates for a month ? I had the same status a month ago...

Yes, according to me, this is normal, as these days they are taking longer time due to covid

It is really frustrating that IRCC representative told me over the phone on 15th March that 'Criminality' has been passed; however, today they told me over the phone that. 'Criminality' is in progress. I am really confused now...

Yes , it’s normal. My AOR is Dec 1 and I am stuck in Criminality in progress.

Woke up this morning with a ghost update! I think it is the first since the upload and acceptance of my RCMP.
I called them and here is the status:

AOR - Dec 18
Med Passed - Jan 22
Biometrics Passed - Apr 17
RCMP Requested - Jan 22
Confirmed Reviewing RCMP - Feb 3
GU - Apr 14

Background check status informed by calling:
Eligibility - in process now
Criminality - cleared out, passed
Security - not started (the agent told it will start once Eligibility is passed)

Do you think this ghost update was about criminality?
How long is the average processing time for Eligibility? This is about all other documents I've provided? Don't understand much about what is this...
