From what people have said on this forum, you'll receive a letter from CIC and the ECAS will change from "Application Received" to "In Process". People have also said that CPC-M sometimes doesn't do AOR2 so it's also possible that you'll just have Decision Made right away and/or a PPR.
Thanks for your speedy reply! My ECAS was in process and from last week has been changed to application received. Also Jan.28th email received that said my file has been moved to NDVO from Sydney. What I should expect next? Any ideas?

Next step would be for ECAS to say "In Process" again and then the 2nd AOR letter. It's possible that there will be no AOR 2 at all with CPC-M. But if everything's ok, "Decision Made" and "PPR" should be next, but no one can predict when that will be happening exactly. I'm on the same boat as you, I'm still waiting for CPC-M to process my application. Fingers crossed we see more applications processed this week. Keep us updated!

I will supplement the previous answer, maybe you will get a pre-arrival letter, this is a good sign, it`s mean that PA meets the requirements of acceptability

ECAS on PA side got updated to "Decision Made" today. There was also a ghost update on GCKey. No other information is available. CPC-M. Full timeline on Tracker.
I think, you can expect passport request anytime now. And pre-arrival services letter on GC key account.
I got it in a similar way. A ghost update in GC key, then Decision Made on eCAS then pre-arrival services letter in GC key account and passport request all within a couple of hours.
Nope, no updates and my file got moved there Feb 3. Just based solely on the data on the tracker for Nov & Dec files, CPC-M seems to be processing a few files each week and the dates for AOR2 are usually falling on Thu-Mon. Take what you can with that, it probably means nothing and I'm just anxiously reading too much into things lol

Definitely true. My husband and I never got an AOR2 from CPC-M. It went right from medical passed to PPR. Just a reminder to anyone at CPC-M. Don’t panic if you don’t see an AOR2!
