Okay. Note, I'm not saying that it is time for a november applicant to worry, just that notification of file transfer seems to be inconsistent. Look at the tracker and see what experience of others in your month has been.

How would I know if Medical has been passed? does it show up on ECAS or is it just the fact that the hospital where it was done has sent across the results to CIC?

Ok. Thank you. My application was received on 5th Dec and My file was transferred to Mississauga on 13th Jan so waiting to get the update on mine soon.
