Good to know at least I'm not the only one waiting longer than usual for MR/BI/SA! I was actually less concerned before getting the ghost update, because now I imagine someone trying to send the BIL but somehow goofing in doing so. (Just my active imagination, I realize.) I'm waiting patiently for now but if I do end up calling them I will ask about the ghost update.

I called them as im in the same situation where I got Aor jan 11 but nothing after. He just said they have everything, nothing was sent back and that they are just still reviewing my documents. Kind of made more nervous because they are looking at mine closer, or its just taking longer. So I've decided to just stop checking every day, and see what happens.

it's been 3 days since the medical request for my husband came in but nothing for my kids. do we go ahead with my husband's medicals or do we wait? has anyone else been in the same situation?

I think it depends where you are in relation to a place to have the medical done. If it's close by you could do his now but keep in mind you have 30 days to do it. Personally I would wait for another few days or even a week to see if the kids requests arrive. Ours were 2 days apart, I would be surprised if you didn't get their request very soon. They must know that some people have to travel far to have it completed and shouldn't be expected to have to make more than 1 trip.

For us we had a 3 hour drive and an hour flight each way with 2 nights in a hotel for 4 of us. Time consuming and not very cheap either but it's all part of the process.

I noticed everyone getting SA so logged into gckey and it says STATUS: Cancelled as incomplete" MESSAGES: "None". Will just have to wait & see.
We submitted ourselves from UK but thought receiving AOR meant application was okay. They received our application 31st Dec. We got AOR 21st Jan I think it was.

Oh no! So sorry. That's hard, i think all of us waiting are in fear of that message. My husband is also in UK, we did ourselves. Hopefully they will give you more details so you can resubmit.

I am so sorry maybe you should call them and ask maybe they will send you a reason also hire an Immigration consultant to go over your application they will tell you what was missing. Don’t give everything will be all right soon.

Wow! I've been complaining about having to drive down to London to do his Biometrics (3.5 hour drive (one way) for a 15 minutes appointment) but your journey was much worse. It definitely put me into perspective. Thankfully, there is a place to do medicals closer to where we live.
