Today i called to IRCC agent about my OWP status, they told me your OWP has been Approved on 16th July 2020 it is under printing process they will update soon

Can you share how you were able to talk to an IRCC agent? I tried calling but I only got an automated response providing exactly what says on my status from my CIC account

You will have to play around with the options and wait until it says "Talk to a representative".

I got the letter last week Thursday July 16th. No approval yet just my OWP eligibility changed immediately to "We are reviewing your eligibility". Just being hopeful.

My application was received on dec 30, 2019. AOR - Feb 28th. My owp review status also changed to "reviewing your eligibility" after i got the correspondence letter. Whats your timeline?

I just called IRCC agent and the agent told me that my OWP has been approved that IRCC is printing it. The agent also said that it will be updated online and have it delivered to my mail address soon. Meanwhile Thursday 16th July I received the biometric correspondence letter that has my OWP app number on it.
Timeline:
PR+OWP applications received December 30th. Goodluck to others waiting

@ChrisDF26 just have your OWP app no handy. The agent might ask you to confirm the rest of the information(full name, DoB, address etc) that you hear. Goodluck
