Unfortunately, no. Besides the OWP your wife need to find a full-time job and for her employer to provide a letter showing that she will be employed for at least 6 months. With the letter + OWP then she can apply for OHIP
Hi guys, I had applied for my spouse OWP and PR in Dec 2019. The application was received on 12th Dec 2019. It's 13th May now and I do not see any update on the visa status. Not sure whats the holdup. Did anyone receive their OWP late than what it should have been?

@amitaquarius for the OWP, December 9th 2019 applicants started getting approval yesterday May 12th. You're almost there. I don't know if the PR process is progressing the way it should.

Thanks for the prompt response @hiwilley. PR applications are taking a lot of time I guess its 9 to 12 months based on the IRCC website but I am sure this will go up.
Hi friends can someone check to confirm if your PR progressing %bar that indicates the estimated period to process applications has vanish/disappeared? I just figured that out yesterday when I checked my online account. Looking forward to responses. Thank you
