How long does it take to complete the process after second FP request? (first FP expired).
All other criteria are completed except background verification that went from "completed" to "In process"

Did you receive a new request for FP? Mine has also expired but still no request.

My last update was on May04 for test completed, hoping that get some update this week

Best way to get hold of them is to call at 8 am exactly. I tried to call them yesterday at noon and they just told me politely to f*** off

Its not that I havent been able to get them , i am more confused about the options to reach the right customer service agent, because the options dont even apply to people who are waiting for citizenship.

Did you receive a new request for FP? Mine has also expired but still no request.

Not yet, but I hope it will happen soon. I'm tired of waiting.
Last update on website was yesterday and everything except Background verification was marked as completed. BV went from Completed on July 2 2020 to In Process on July 13 2021. I'm expecting FP request soon.

If I remember correctly, you go through the first option that asks for an application or a profile, and it seems to have to do with Express Entry. Then option 4 for citizenship applications after.

My Application was deliverd on 20 Dec 2019 test passed and updated on 3rd May 2021 now waiting
