This is almost two weeks old news. it's going to be two weeks by this Thursday and no one here has reported being invited for a re-test yet. Don't get too excited.

Finger print request. Not every applicant is asked for one.
There are many threads about FP available in this forum. Please check if you would like to know more on the topic.

Glad to hear that! That was very quick from your side or have you done FP before in hand ? . How do I get FP done ? Any instructions you followed? I am in Vancouver hope the FP services are operational. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

I did the fingerprint on 14th September in Vancouver, but they did send me a letter requesting a fingerprint although all other correspondence happens via email. Anyways, you can go to the commissionaire's office in Vancouver (it's on Howe street) and they know the procedure, it just takes around 10 minutes to get it done.

Otherwise they don't take FP applications (Online Appointment). I am wondering how to get FP done before the request to avoid delays in Citizenship application from our side.

Yes I took the letter I received in the mail with me when I did my FP, if you haven't received the letter and it has already been a week since you saw the status on your online account, call IRCC and ask them to resend a letter, they generally would ask you to wait for 5-7 business days before putting in a new request.

thank you @Bains87 , Now I understand that; only after getting request for FP we can get it done. Unlike PR they do it without any requests.

Ordered GCMS says criminality passed. Others not started yet. Any ideas when i get invited for test?
