Hello @legalfalcon, I have a question regarding to medical checkup: if I do a medical test for a Study Permit application, can I use that medical result as re-medical to update my Express Entry eAPR as well? Thank you so much in advance.
Hello @legalfalcon
Need your help to know the relevance of due date.
I'm AOR Dec 04, 2019 and the due date in GCMS notes is shown as Dec 30, 2021. Does it mean that it would be completed before this date ?
Any comment on it would be much appreciated. Many thanks
Hi @legalfalcon I have an AOR of Dec 2019 and an Approved status under 'Assessments" on my GCMS. I sent my fully vaccinated certificate to iRCC however haven't received any positive communication or a timeline to expect PPR/ COPR. IRCC has started to send e-COPRs to Inland applicants who applied earlier this year. Any idea if Outlanders especially from India (given the travel ban till the 21st) can expect to receive PPRs soon? my medicals have expired after they were extended once and I have not gotten that done again. Do you recommend I retake it? I did read the thread on remeds but I'm not sure as my application is marked Approved on GCMS. I'm confused if its the travel ban or the remeds that's stopping IRCC from issuing my PPR.

if you happen to google your badge number, just want to say thank you for approving my file
It's been more than a year since someone touched my file. the previous officer was leaving final decision blank.

Hey @legalfalcon I hope you're well.
I have been sent my RFV email since February 2020, and I missed the email due to a typo in my email. I fixed the typo and tho the IRRCC said in their email (they are pleased to send the email again) they don't seem to understand my situation because, despite the 8 webforms I sent, my application was not updated, nor my medicals expired since July 2020. Even worse, in my last webform, I explained AGAIN my situation and asked if I should do medicals again and the agent cropped my email to send VO Ottawa that my inquiry is when do I do medicals? and not the fact that I didn't receive the RVF email (saw it in the GCMS notes) How should I approach this situation? My case has been frozen since Feb 2020.
IRCC is sending PPR mostly to CEC applicants and they prioritize Afghan refugees..looks like we need to wait a little bit longer..I hope they will organise well distribution of their job so they can approve applications that are already almost 2 yrs and beyond..sadly they set aside outland applicants..
Hi All,
I have received my ITA for Express Entry via PNP and my process is under way. In this case, does getting married before or after receiving COPR and before getting a PPR affect my application in any way? My to be wife already has a PR and currently living in Canada.

If your spouse is a PR, it would make no difference. However, if you get married before you receive a COPR, you will have to inform IRCC and add your spouse to your application, even if your spouse is a PR.

So would that mean that my timelines to receive the PR will be extended? Or is it just a matter of adding my spouse's name in the application? Also what if I get married after getting my COPR. Will I have to update and get a new COPR?
Hi, it's on the second page itself, under "APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT"
Do you think, it possibly means that they would target to complete it before due date ?

Mine says May 6th 2020 on GCMS notes as the due date and my application was Approved April 6th 2020.. I have not received any COPR I'm not sure ... Just staying positive and hoping to wake up to a COPR soon!

We Understand the realities about the Refugees and the CECs, but out of everything, there is called humanity and kindness. The people waiting for almost 2 years and beyond should be at least waived out of all their miseries and for GODS sake should issue PPR to them to the soonest.
Since your spouse is already a PR, onlythe nsame will have to be added, it will not change the processing since since your spouse will not have to go thourgh criminality, secuirty and medicals.
