It's done, then. How could you get refusal due to eligibility if you have passed eligibility? And, final review means nothing. The visa officer just looks at the GCMS to see if there is any outstanding request. If not, you get 'approved'. Don't worry.
That’s where I believe every webform, GCMS notes request, phone call helps - to poke them to open the file. Documents and information in webform helps a lot - but avoid anything which will make you ineligible or reduce points.
I hated contacting them. But had I not, I think case would still be waiting. It’s going to be a while until they come back to the 4 month target completion time for EE profiles or Atleast the max of 6 months. Mine took 7 months and one week with extra lot poking. Wish they don’t create traffic for themselves with the delays and lack of transparency. If only GCMS info was viewable in our online login we could all be in peace including the agents.

You're right mate, it would be great if GCMS notes were accessible via our EE accounts, but Canada's immigration procedures are still very transparent. Compare it to Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S. They don't tell you anything. You cannot assess whether you'll get invited or not. You don't know how many people are in line. NOTHING. Even if you are invited to submit your application, you'll be in limbo till you either get approval or refusal. Even Quebec's system is rubbish. All in all, it could be better, but it is still very good.
It just happened in your case but in my case all 3 gcms requests didnt result in any GU. As per gcms, the date due for the officer to complete was the ghost update date.

Apply for GCMS notes. You can know assignment date, officer notes, any assigned group etc. May help you know where you stand. FSW O folks are all on hold probably because of border closures and also VAC/VO closures/limited operations. There are a lot of FSW O candidates waiting like you
