Hi got my GCM Notes yesterday (Latest update as of April 2020) states "appears maybe RFV once resumed processing" and on the 2nd page Eligibility, Criminality, Medical "Passed", Infor sharing "Complete". Security and Final decision "Blank". I'm a December 15th 2019 AOR. Outland FSW. Can anyone let me know why it states appears maybe or has anyone received the same.
Can anyone let me know whether my application looks good so far
The notes said "Instructions to staff" as the Label on the latest message "appears may be rfv once resumed". I didn't come across any assigned group. But this message was there from my primary visa office.
My 1st Web form in June mentioned that "Your application is in final stages"
My 2nd Web form in July, same day as GCMS mentioned that " Your file is in que for a officers review"
I see the responses are not aligned in the GCM notes and Web form. But from what i have read seems like GCM notes are more accurate.
My concern is whether the Eligiility "Passed" is after the review of everything or is there still a chance for refusal. Do you have any guidance or opinion on this (My notes in January had two reviews required on the POF and the score but April they had the message on rfv)

I really hope they are ramping all the final reviews up now. I am only a few days behind you two in terms of AOR as well as Inland CEC so hopefully we will hear something soon as well.
Thank you
Did you mean if medical expires after couple of months after AOR; before the decision is made
So it will be extended for one year. ?
And if the decision is not made within one year of the submission, only then we get the request to get the medical done again.????

No, if a decision is not made within 15 months, you MIGHT get an extension (which is common practice). If more than 15 months have passed, you will definitely receive a request to do re-medical.
Just one more thing do you think i should submit any further documents due to those initial RR's or don't. I'v a sibling in Canada, he mentioned not to do any additional document submission cause it would take longer. But my worry is on a Refusal
Hope that a "Passed" will not change to adverse subsequent to a senior officer review
It's done, then. How could you get refusal due to eligibility if you have passed eligibility? And, final review means nothing. The visa officer just looks at the GCMS to see if there is any outstanding request. If not, you get 'approved'. Don't worry.
