Yeah I was wondering about that. I think they have certain people (not necessarily IRCC staff) that help with the CEC applications. So I think it means that.

All EE FSW will be considered Outland is a statement a agent mentioned to me.

But looks like they could send the COPR letter to people Outland too... below are the first two para of my letter, which follows by an email to Ottawa office in my case:

I have claimed 50 points for job offer for my EE FSW application, but doesn’t seem like they tried to contact my employer... but CEC operates a bit different though - points isn’t based on what they call as 11.2 I believe, here only eligibility criteria is one year Canadian work experience? So the officers who check for eligibility may be different in this case - no age, education, English etc.?

Finally some ray of Hope for Outlanders. Seems things have slowly started moving.Someone Just received a PPR yesterday on Email . Happens to be an FSW Outlander from US.

Interesting that it’s a US citizen, also to note that it’s a early November AOR date. But still a good news for outlanders!

Hi got my GCM Notes yesterday (Latest update as of April 2020) states "appears maybe RFV once resumed processing" and on the 2nd page Eligibility, Criminality, Medical "Passed", Infor sharing "Complete". Security and Final decision "Blank". I'm a December 15th 2019 AOR. Outland FSW. Can anyone let me know why it states appears maybe or has anyone received the same. Thank you

I got two email from IRCC. Logged in. Case shows Approved. With CoPR numbers for me and my daughter.

There are two letters in my online account. Couldn’t download them in two browsers I tried. Should call them I guess. If not will submit a webform too. Anyone else faced this problem before?

I posted a web form this Monday and waiting for reply. It's really frustrating to wait after knowing application is approved. If application is approved what they are waiting for. They know I am inside Canada. I will call them in August.
