My File was rejected previously as I didn't add my duties and responsibilities on reference letter for Foreign Work Experience.
Now I have submitted my file again with almost same documents except the new PCC (as it is valid only for 6 months and my last PCC got expired September) and an updated reference letter for my Foreign Experience with the duties and responsibilities.
So my concern rite now is will my file processing would be bit faster as am submitting my same Medicals which was approved last time and is still valid. @legalfalcon

Not necessary. Given that you are using the same meds, you may see a faster MEP, but for the rest, the documents will have to be re-evaluated, and the file will not be allocated to the same officer.
