"If you’re outside Canada and your COPR and permanent resident visa are expired or expiring You can’t travel to Canada on expired documents.
If you have an expired COPR, you won’t be able to travel to Canada until we reissue your documents. We’ll post instructions on how to get reissued documents here soon.
To avoid delays, we ask that you don’t contact us via our Web form or through the processing office email. If you have already contacted us, we’ll look into your request, and provide you with instructions."
Congratulations to those who got the green signal to fly. However, I urge others (outlanders waiting for PPR) to chase IRCC on Twitter. If you analyze, tweets matter and voice is being heard...
Hi @legalfalcon I hope you are well. Please is it possible for IRCC to extend medical twice, I was given extension almost a year ago, is there any possibility of them extending it again?
Hi, i just read the news now, COPR holders can enter canada but i am from India and there is also news of Flight ban extended by a month. So i am wondering if COPR holders are exempt. Can i travel from India now? I would really appreciate if someone can clarify this please?

I applied from the US since I work there (Express Entry FSW-O) while my wife resides in India. If I want to proactively get a remedical done, do I have to do it in the US or can I do it in India?
