I had All Stages Passed status since May 2019.

No. Nothing at all from IRCC. Had recently received a survey from OINP though.

Guys, are you filling the docs online? My only option in Russia is to send paper-based forms to VAC. Everything is done except 'consent form and terms of use for residents...' for my son. I just don't know how to fill it.

1. Yes Application number is the same in all.
2. Say 'Yes' to Biometrics done for everyone18 and above in the application
3. Say 'No' to privileged services, if you had not used it during Biometric submission.
4. Attach 'Consent Form' and Courier Form for each applicant.

how should I fill a consent form for a child under 18? Could you show an example, please?

Also, biometrics are collected from the age 14, not 18
