Just gonna have to patient for the PPR email. The visa offices are probably not issuing any because of corona. I think they will start emailing them in late May or in June. Or I could be wrong! But let's hope for the best
I just got off the phone and the agent informed me that the security check has not been initiated yet.
So looks like my process is in the same stage as of March 04.
- Background met
- Criminality passed
- Security not started
Hello everyone, in the system the completion bar showing 73% completed. And my AOR is Dec 27 2019, how long would it take for me to receive PPR. PNP outland

BG Check changed from "we will start your background check" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Lads, let's be honest, we would be very fortunate if we get our PPRs this month or even next month for that matter.
I had a fascinating conversation with an agent last Friday, found out that my application was approved on March 20th (AOR Nov 12th, CEC Inland). Since it was approved after March 18th, it's on hold for a formidable future!
After asking a few cheeky questions, I was gutted to find out that we won't be receiving PPRs until the federal employees are back at the office, which is basically when you can start submitting your passports and the borders are open. The option for approving PPRs through a phone is only applicable for the applicants whose applications were approved prior to March 19th.
So yeah, brace yourself for long bloody frustrating days or even months ahead! And just saying, instead of asking useless questions like whats the application status?
We all should be considering asking the most quintessential question "when will they restart passport submission and COPR process"?

Hi, my AOR is same as urs and I am AINP outland. Regarding PPR email, its obvious in current situation that it depends on COVID19. Once it subsides and under contraol, borders will open and we can expect PPR, till then we can only pray.
