Ours was received December 7 and no AOR for us either yet. From the spreadsheet it looks like most of the people who have gotten AOR are those whose applications were received December 6th or earlier. So agonizingly close! But we have to just be patient -- it's a long process, after all...
Happy to say that we received AOR today. My husband (PA) is from the United States and I (Sponsor) am from Canada.

Also, I was able to sign into ECAS and it says that our application started processing yesterday, February 15th, 2019. Not sure if AOR is considered that day or the day I technically received the email, which is today, the 16th.

I applied for my Visa on December 13 2018 and till date i havent received my visa approval. Is it the same for everyone ? One of my friends applied two months after i did and they received their Visa already !!
