I did my medical in Jan 2020 and proactively uploaded it without them asking for it. So I am just wondering what could it be. Fingers crossed.

NDVO is my VO, just 2 hours ago I received an email from cic - ‘We’re still working on your application.
We send messages to your account if we need anything‘.

And, this email isn’t from web-form email ID.

I received this too. My VO is Ottawa. I'm an Indian resident.
