Two weeks ago, finally after 10 months I got PR!!!
I applied in land, and after zero updates since January, I finally got an email for an interview request at the local IRCC office. It wasn't an interview really, they just confirmed my information, received my two pictures, and told me that my application was approved. They gave me an official PR confirmation document, and told me to wait a couple of weeks for my official PR card. It just arrived last Friday!!!

I have been living with my gf for 13 months now. We have a common law paper here in Brazil.
If I inform visa office about this fact, are is it going to affect my application?
I mean...i want to tell them about it bc later on I may sponsor my gf.
Anyone can share experience about after PPR process? In details?

I did and they said i need to go through copr ammendment process, which takes 6 months.. i looked at the form and it doesnt make much sense as the form asks for landing date which i wont have since I haven't even landed.. this is very confusing and because of their clerical error

Hi All, I received my COPR today, dec 5th aor, but have an issue with it. One of the digits on the passport numbers has a typo and it was done on both COPR and the visa printed. Any ideas on how i can get this corrected? I sent an email to cpc ottawa but no response so far. Very disappointing after all this wait, i dont think i can land with wrong passport number on it. Any inputs are appreciated.

I have completed my landing. I landed on 8th Oct however, I haven't received my PR card yet. Can anyone tell me what is needed to be done in this case and can anyone please share their timeline of the same ?

Also, I checked my online account today and I noticed that there are 2 entries now under Document status

1 Counterfoil
2 CoPR

Status of CoPR was updated on date of landing however, it is expiring on 30th November 2019. Is this strange or usual thing?

PS - I did soft landing and waiting for PR Card.

I think I’ve seen someone mention that they made a note of the changes and it was corrected by the officer at the time of landing. You have to bring your passport anyway so they will see this error. Surely can’t make you wait another 6months!

I think it took like 3 weeks. Thought my passport was delivered on oct 8th, the agent on call said they only touched it 10 days later..

Your passport and papers will be checked at first desk. AT next desk, CSBA officer will ask you few questions, followed by checking your CoPR and returning one copy back, will check your goods to carry and goods to follow form, if any. and ask you about your address where your card will be delivered. You will be directed to next desk where you'll be given your SIN. After that, you will be told to pick your luggage. Visit another CSBA officer who will be at exit and give goods to follow form, if it is there and get it stamped by visiting the cashier [ CSBA officer will tell you to do this] and you're done. Walk towards exit..!!!!
