I dare to think its the last uphill struggle Ive had to deal with. After a year of stress and second thoughts Im hoping to receive the email soon...Ive actually made a bet with my gf. I say 25 Oct she says 30th

Two weeks ago I called CIC and inquired about the status of both my PR application and my TRV application which itself was at the time two weeks past the expected processing time. The agent told me that both are in Security Check. The TRV just got a "ready for visa" passport request, now I'm hoping this means the security check on our PR is also done.
This process makes one understand why old time sailors where so superstitious

Had a bowp application rejected while in implied status which led me to quit my job in January. IRCC decided to overturn the decision to grant me a work permit in February. Unemployed until May while landing a better job.

Silence and remed until today. I just my interview for next week. This process is over. Thanks all
