I thought Winnipeg initially but I'm thinking Toronto too now, easier to get jobs and better public transportation (I'm not planning to get a car right away)

Hey guys,
I was always a silent reader here, but today I got my golden email, so want to share my experience.

Dec 25, 2018: Submitted the application
Dec 25, 2018: Received the AOR
Feb 5, 2019: Medical passed

[Then I see the days left bar moving and nothing until June 25, which was my 180 day mark.
All of a sudden, on June 25, I got the ghost update and I moved to IP2.
Didn't get any ghost update after that, but today, actually about half an hour ago), received an actual update with information letter, asking to submit my passport.]

June 25, 2019 (morning): Ghost update (moved to IP2 )
June 28, 2019 (morning): PPR
