I had bee in false IP2 from the beginning, and had absolutely no updates whatsoever until May 22, when I got two ghost updates: status changed to IP1, and then within few hours changed to IP2.

Please note that I got the "Request Letter" directly in the profile followed up by an email that my application has been updated.

I am so very grateful to @USProgrammer, @SithLord, @derkdsou, and all others for their invaluable support throughout. I had been a silent reader for most of the time.

I have NOC 0601.....16days away from the completion of 6 months....AOR 13Dec....no updates since MEP too....anxious out of my mind....can barely sleep!!!

Hi Everyone,

My visa was refused after receiving ITA for FSW program today.

The reason for refusal:

"On 2019/04/24 you were asked to produce the following evidence and documents: Employment Records and Pay Stubs. You were informed that if this office did not receive the required evidence and documents from you within the time specified, your application would be assessed on the basis of the information that was originally provided with your application.

You were warned that failure to provide the additional information could result in the refusal of your application.

On 2019/05/09 you were given a reminder that these documents were required in order to complete the assessment of your application. Furthermore, on 2019/05/17 you were given a final reminder and given seven more days to comply with the Act.

To this date, we have not received the required evidence and documents from you, namely Employment Records and Pay Stubs for you. As a result, you have not met the requirements of subsection 16(1) and I have therefore refused your application."

I did NOT receive these warnings or emails both on the online portal or via email where you get notified. What Can I do? Has anyone been in similar situation and any advice?

This is brutal, I am so sorry to hear what happened. If I were you, I'd call them as a first step and let them know the situation...

No informed advice but there is an appeal process you could use. Pinging @legalfalcon , @derkdsou and other wise folks for advice.

Mostly just offering my commiserations, I can't imagine how devastated you must be. Its hard to do I'm sure, but don't lose hope and don't give up!
