That is odd, isn't it? Someone else was writing about it here (can't remember where). It's not quite a ghost update because something did change in your profile (IP2 -> IP1). My guess is they've started your criminality and security? What do you know about your status thus far? Maybe call them tomorrow?

When file was in Ottawa, I was told back in March that criminality is passed and eligibility is recommended passed. Response on security varied during both calls from in process to not started. Later file got transferred to London and call center was unable to provide any information. On Friday I noticed application updated with this change. No email though. Tried to run through this forum but couldn’t find anything except few other biometrics candidates who experienced the same change around same time with same visa office. I’m just confused

Any Ideas on the best time to get hold of the IRCC agents? I used the number and method @derkdsou’s signature but each time I got “d call Center is currently closed” I called (8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm AWST) which is (8-11am Ottawa On Canadian time)

They asked for RCMP criminal check in January, same day of medical passed.

I assume they checked the document on Friday. Now I don’t know if they are gonna keep working on my process or send to another officer...
