I sent a CSE yesterday for an update and I’ve just received this reply! Now I have no idea if this is good news or not... I have to wait... this is killing me... I must think positive. What’s everyone’s thoughts?

Very likely that your application is approved. Rejection is rare, and in most cases they will first send a procedural fairness letter with their concerns. So I’m pretty sure you’re fine!

How long it took to get reply?

I emailed them on monday and got a reply today so 3 days

Nope, it's fine. I hit IP2 (eligiblity done) as FSW-O on Feb 6 and AOR is Dec 1.

I have tried calling CIC on numerous occasions but couldn't get through after following @ us programmer instructions, I guess there's something am not doing right. I get stucked after dialing 111 then 2110.

If you're FSW-O, paid RPRF upfront, and didn't have to give biometrics, I suspect your page shows IP1 currently, not IP2. If that's the case, you'll get a change in "Background Check" status to IP2 along with the "ghost update" which won't be a ghost since there will be a change.

If yours already shows False IP2, then you'll just have the ghost update. In either case, there's no email.

What does "I get stucked" mean? I'm on hold with them right now. I last called 2 weeks ago.

The first time I called about an hour ago, it said they were too busy after 111, 2110. I tried again about 20 min later and I got into the queue. I've been on hold 28 min and it says approximate wait time is 4 minutes more. It initially said 29 min, so it's more than that obviously.
