Huge congratulations, @HT8485! You're likely one of the first FSW-O applicants from our cohort to have your PPR! And the fact that you're from Vietnam (and not Nigeria for a change!) gives me hope waiting out here in India! A haiku for you:
Great start to the week!
Hope this sets off a cascade
Of our PPRs!
My status in CIC account has been exactly what used to be considered IP2 since AOR but some of the experienced friends here confirms that it is Faux-IP2 as things have changed, which I think is definitely true.
Hi, I really don't know my Visa Office as I have never sent a CSE or ordered the GSCM notes. I just know that I have to submit my PP to a Canada Visa Application in Vietnam and they will send it to Singapore.
Hi, I chose to pay several kinds of fees upfront, including the Biometrics fee. I didn't know why because I thought only applicants after Dec 31 will have to submit biometrics. However, I could do nothing but pay the fees and waited. Then, I received the Biometrics Collection Letter and just followed their instructions and submitted them. Anyway, we cannot question their requirements, can we?

I received my PPR a moment ago.
My timeline:
AOR: Dec 11
MEP & Biometrics Collection Letter: Jan 22
Ghost update 1: Jan 23
Biometrics completed: Jan 28
Ghost update 2: Feb 16
PPR: Feb 19

I really hope you will receive your PPR soon. Good luck to you all!
P/S: I'm really sorry for the mistake on the PPR date. I received the Ready-for-visa email this morning, February 19 in Vietnam. I mistakenly thought that today is Wednesday but it is just Tuesday. I have corrected the date. Sorry again.
