I completed my 6 months yesterday... yay me.

Anyways, still the same, criminality and eligibility not started, security passed. I have been moved from CPC OTTAWA to the London VO. Should I be happy about that?

The say everything looks okay, and this is the normal process and time, but I'm freaking

I just now called IRCC and, heard the same message. I am pretty sure sure that I entered all the details correctly as this was not the first time I called IRCC.

I also see a change in the form in which details are displayed about the different status in my profile. Earlier these status were displayed in a tabular form. Now, they are not being displayed in the tabular form. I am not sure whether it has something related to processing of my file. Still i am curious to know if anyone else has observed similar kind of change in their profiles?

I have the same change in my profile display. Does it mean anything or did everyone get it?

I'm heavily disappointed with the system overall.

You see applicants from previous months, many of them without an answer. A quick browse can show you applicants from April 2018 and so on.

You raise a CSE and do not get a reply.

You request GCMS notes and do not receive in the 31-day mark.

Email ATIP and receive a message back that they are experiencing issues.

And you got to your application to useless UI details, icons and a progress bar that does not say anything.

Impossible to get an update inside your profile (what would be extremely reasonable) instead of waiting 40 minutes on a queue to beg information for an agent that is probably pissed off with the number of calls.

It would be fair to adjust the timeline for reality and to provide applicants more visibility about the real progress instead of working on UI details that do not contribute at all.

I still have 14 days for my final deadline but I am 100% sure that will be delayed.

For those that will suggest me to order notes I already did (3 times) and just received the first one.

No words to express disappointment with all communication tools with problems (CSE, ATIP (GCMS NOTES), and the call center that I will only use again after I cross the 180-day mark).

I understand your anger and frustration, and I feel the same. The system is very flawed.

I asked for GCMS notes and they arrived 36 days later in April. My Eligibility was met since January but had no updates since. My application is pretty straightforward, since there were no problems during eligibility, but I'm stuck on BG check and there does not seem to be any movement towards it.

I am also Brazilian and I am seeing a few Brazilians having their apps delayed, maybe it's a problem with our BG check verification?

Called IRCC today and got to know the following information.

As of now only eligibility is under review and in progress and nothing else has started.

Furthermore she mentioned that my file along with other Dec 2018 AOR files are being processed and should be completed within 6 months time frame.

Hope this helps everyone.

BTW it took my wife who is in Canada 1 hr to connect with an agent.

after u call from canada dial 3410 it will get connected fast ....
