Would filing a complaint for GCMS notes delay can cause any impact on my application? I ordered two sets, 1st in Mid March and 2nd in April last week. Both of them are delayed...also can someone share the email or process of how to file the complaint?
It seems like many CEC inland applicants with early December AORs been waiting for updates forever! Only 22 days left for me. No use of calling them. Every time the same.

About this time usually, Quarter after 1 (Ottawa time). For people calling from Canada, there is an option called "call back". You gotta just leave your number and press "1" again to confirm it. They will call you when your waiting time is up. You don't need to hold on for 40 mins or so and listen to the music.
I have 13 December AOR. I am at IP 1 Stage since January 24th 2019. Today, I called ircc to confirm VO and, status of my pr application. The agent told me that my file is being processes at 'Aurora' center and everything, looks good with respect to my file. I haven't heard about this 'Auroa' center as VO.
Does any one of you have information regarding this VO. How fast or slow this center processes files?
Is there anyone who has or had the same VO for their files?

No, you order notes under the law, so you have all the rights to the complaint. Just a suggestion, never order notes again till the time you don't receive the first one.

I saw somewhere that you figured out ghost update thing. Wondering if you had any idea about getting an appointment or a PPR email for an approved application? TIA
