Hi @dhari143. I don't understand the question; could you clarify? It looks like you are already 2173. I had to choose between 2173 and 2174 and I decided my ability to substantiate my technical achievements lined up better with 2174 (which seems to have worked).
Just FYI: I'm not in Canada. I work as a 2173/2174 in the US remotely for a company in another state. My boss wants to keep me on after I move to Canada, but we're not sure if that will be possible due to contractual obligations with data not leaving the US. We will cross that bridge when we come to me actually moving.

I think he wants some general info regarding how to get a job in Canada if you're a programmer. What's the outlook for programmers in Canada according to you?
Also, just curious, what kind of programming does your job entail - backend/front-end/full-stack/mobile/web, etc. and for what kind of company (startup/big company/consulting)?

Congratulations .. same AOR. I went into IP2 on 28 march and was then asked to submit 3 ADRs on 29 march, 12 april and 18 april. Saw two ghost updates on 23rd april .But no email yet. Don't know when to expect.. heart just wishes that it takes the normal route of ppr after ghost update..

It is not a bad sign at all. The message you had is not a ghost update but a normal status when crossing the 90 days post AOR. I suggest you order a new setcof GCMS it will help you to understand the current status of your application. Good luck!

Mostly backend (can't really detail the systems without giving away too much). Medium size company that is well-established in our space and growing faster than our competitors.
