Any idea how many days does it usually take for an update from IP1 to IP2?

Monday blues turned into Monday Rainbows. Got PPR today at 7.30am ET hours. They have asked to submit passport to Ottawa office even though I am based in US. Will be sending them a email to possibly change it to US Visa office address in East coast.
Good luck to all for processing on their applications.
Experts - Can we ask for change in passport submission location? Please let me know

Thanks. i only received the email . no change in status in my online account. May be that will change once passport is stamped . Hope it helps. I have already replied on account message status to USprogrammers question.

Hmm. This is what worries me most. PPR comes via email, and there's nothing in the EE portal to see. I'm worried that I will not see a status change and the email may not get delivered. It seems like such a silly way to deliver such an important communication.

Employment type - Government.
Medical Furtherance - Sputum tests plus additional X-Ray after three months.

I submitted my application on 19-Nov-2018. There is no communication from CIC(expect asking to re-upload 1 PCC document) till now.
By when can I expect next communication. In 3-4 months? Any one knows what is the latest processing time for Federal PR is now (as per CIC, its 6 months) but after submitting application, how much time usually applicants are receiving request for Passport submission?
Also how will we get notified for the request via email/ message in CIC account/ or by letter?

I applied under "0213 Computer and information systems managers"
