There's no effective follow up process. Give it 1-3 more months, given how October and November timelines are moving.

Added you to the sheet. Can you share your location, physical presence days, and application type ?

Why 2 months more? I heard there is an online form you fill to enquire about delay but thats after 60 days from receiving app.
Also Early december are already have started receiving AOR as we can see here.

Can somebody plz explain what is ECAS?

2 months is the upper limit. You could very well get AOR tomorrow. Please refer to the sheet, some people from October and November are still waiting for theirs. All I'm saying is don't be surprised if it's delayed.

Also, IMO, that webform is useless to inquire about your application if you have't received AOR. They have no way of tracking your application if it hasn't even been opened yet.

You can check the status of your application by logging into ecas, after you get AOR.

My application was received on Dec 27, waiting for AOR
