I am thinking about doing the same. I called the CIC call centre a few times and got the same "it is within the 12-month time frame." I did the test on February 20th, got an FP request for my wife on the same day and they received it on Feb. 27th. Still no movement in eCAS. Please let me know how you did the ATIP and if it helped with moving things along.
Thanks!

My husband did his test on April 21, DM on April 24 and he got his oath letter on tuesday for scarborough. Ceremony on the 16th. He was told at his interview 2-4 months but it happened much quicker.
Applied in December under 6/4 rule, still it's in the process, what would be the implications for us as a family ? whether it's processed fast or takes more time ?
I remember there was also some sort of tool like ATIP ,, but it is higher than ATIP ,, some sort of court order which force federal official to reveal more information ,,, can anyone name it ,, cuz I cant recall it ,, thx
