Also trains run at same speed NG(was it mentioned both express trains and new train introduced run at same speed)

I have wrote train run at same speed - False, because in first line it was mentioned ,express is the fastest way to travel between East bay station and other station.which means it was the faster than train

They had mentioned the ship company is well known in eastern part ....so is the answer c for 32 ... I am not sure . Just asking
