dealing money with representative or agent

I want to make a deal with a private attorney in canada, he is a ICCRC active agent. I have a problem that I don't have knowledge how I make with deal about his service charge money,
in total I just make sure so that he can not turn on me or make any problem in future. and do I have to make a agreement paper before sending money or after. he tell me, he will give me a payment prove after sending money.
can some body help me out with this problem, I don't how to deal with a agent about sending money or make aa strong agreement.

thanks, can you tell me where I found a truthful representative but I alrady ask ICCRC. I send email to give me some details about their authorised representative.

As i told you, we were dealing with one of lawyer in PWC. So just contact them www.pwc.com
