My partner and I are getting together our proof of relationship stuff and we just wondered how other people date their pictures. Do you just print them, do you write the date on them, do you have them printed professionally?

Please help?

absolutely they should be dated. it's up to you if you print them out and write on the back or if you add them to a word document so you can add captions/explanations that way.

on all my pictures I have included: the date (approximate is ok i.e .FEB 2007), what what happening in the picture (i.e. Picture of SPONSOR and APPLICANT at family member's wedding reception in LOCATION), and then I listed everyone in the picture (i.e. From L-R: SPONSOR, APPLICANT, SPONSOR's sister).

On my hard copy pictures, I wrote this information on the back, my digital pictures I made a series of Illustrator documents with anywhere between 2-5 pictures on a page and wrote the caption underneath the picture.

Hi!

I asked the same questions a few weeks ago. Here's my post! I'm sure it'll help. :)

Like Minna, we included the same info (who what where when) and organized the pics chronologically in a Word document from 2004 to 2009. We also chose pics based on trying to prove a genuine ongoing relationship known to friends and family. I think we included about a dozen photos total. Allison
