date of birth is not correct on medical request forms - experts please advice

Hello Experts,

I have done my medicals but just realized that date of birth of my spouse (not primary applicant)in the medical request form is not correct instead of 01, they printed 07. I have re-checked the original application form and I have provided correct dob. Looks like the officer in CIC made a mistake.

what should I do now .. will there be any problems down the line in the processing ?

experts .. need u r advice urgently!!!

Have the DMP amend the IMM 1017.

thanks PMM .. will do that today and see if that helps .. I hope this mistake done by CIC will not screw up the processing of my application ..
