Date of Birth on Academic Transcript different from Date of Birth on Passport

Hello, My Date of Birth on my Academic Transcript is different from the DOB on my Passport. I have a lot of documents supporting the correct DOB such as my High school certificate, My birth certificate and A sworn affidavit attesting to the right age. I am in the pool now hoping to get ITA soon. I want to know if anyone have a similar situation and how it was resolved. Thank you.
