Date format error

hi all,

i am having same issue of validating dates on my form. giving the same error as explained on top of this thread. i tried changing the format of the dates on my computer. it's still not resolved. can anyone please help me? any tried and tested method? I am using Adobe 10. Thank you in advance.

Hi. I have the same issue with the date. I tried on 3 different computers, same issue. Also, I have an issue on line 15 (Language evidence). This line is not highlighted so I cannot fill or chose the option. The fields are not allowed for editing. Do they have error on form or is there some secret I should now?
