Hi,
I was asked to submit the cv by ircc last week, i applied for pr in Dec 2022, My status is protected person, why did ircc ask for cv at this stage? Does it take longer than usual in My case. Anyone fall into same situation?

It does not mean anything. I think sometimes they ask that to check employment history as well. Submit it ASAP since they're working on your application. Hope you get your P1 soon.
