I want to ask in status if the parents got divorced outside Canada and they have a daughter less than 7 years old and her custody currently for her mother as KSA Custody System but his Father is Canadian and will get a final exit and he must take his daughter with him but her custody with non-Canadian mother not finish yet.
is there any required documents he needs to get in future for his daughter to do future Processes in Canada like registration in school or any other Process .. please advise
