I am into private practise (Dentistry) since two decades. Recently I have joined as a faculty member in a college and Iam getting remuneration too.
In the section "Details of current Activity/ Employment" there is provision for only one entry. So what do think I should write.
I suggest you put down the job you have been working at for longer because they look for a job history.... and its more secure if you the one for 20 years than the one for short term. That is my opinion and what i would do.
